If you cancel your booking at any time before the project is put into production, we guarantee you a full refund.
Winthin received the goods for 30 days. If your product is defective or does not work properly, please send us a damaged photo or short video, we will send you a replacement item (free of charge).
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund processing.

REFUND
We believe in our products and offer a 30-day trouble-free refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please send the product back to us and we will refund your payment.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you have received the item for 30 days, we regret that we cannot refund or exchange the item.
To get a refund, your item must be unused and the conditions are the same as what you received. It must also be the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time you may exchange for the products you exchange may vary.
If you ship more than $40, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive the goods you returned.
To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and check your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and will automatically apply the credit card to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Selling items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items can be refunded, but unfortunately, promotional items cannot be refunded.
